Before beginning any project, we focus on understanding clients' goals so we can develop the most original, functional and cost effective solutions.

2BFreelance's approach to designing visual communication is by following basic project guidelines.

We work closely with each client to define the project's guidelines, to identify the targeted audience and to tailor the solution to a specific industry.

We gather all available data from the client, the internet, and other sources to become familiar with the company's business/products, range of services and competition.

In this phase, design mockups are created. These can include but are not limited to:

• Emailed layout and design proofs
• Interface/ Navigation
• Look and Feel
• Content Specifications
• Layout
• Functionality

The mockup(s) are then presented to the client(s) for review, feedback, and approval.

After sign off on the mockup concept, full development is initialized. Graphic design, HTML, PHP, Database and every other necessary implementation of major functional elements takes place during this phase.

We will test the web site on all platforms and common browsers, and if necessary, make minor changes.

Lastly, files are transfered to the client or uploaded to the client's server for initial launch. If services include printing material, the files are prepped for full production and marked for delivery.

We provide complete support to our clients including site updates/maintenance and any other required adjustments. Custom service plans are available.
